About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team at EdEx - Education Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to children in their first years of education, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children in the nursery setting
- Assist children with SEN/SEMH needs, working closely with teaching staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
- Deliver material in Maths, Reading, Writing, Phonics, and other core subjects, as well as supporting children's personal and social development
Requirements:
- Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- A degree-level qualification and strong academic record
- Previous employment or experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young people's lives
What We Offer:
- A competitive daily rate of £105-£110
- A full-time, term-time only contract
