About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
- Develop and implement effective store operations to drive efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste
- Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
