Job Title: Support Staff Member - Care Assistant Role

Salary and Benefits Details

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living assistance and personal care to clients
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and dignity

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license with access to your own vehicle
  • Be available to work every other weekend
  • Demonstrate dedication, a caring nature, punctuality, and a positive attitude
  • Show reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • Hold the necessary documentation to work in the UK
  • Have experience with lone working
  • Display high levels of empathy and excellent motivational skills
