Job Title: Programme Advisory Manager

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum

Job Summary

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Programme Advisory team in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Programme Advisory team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  2. Identify and realise business development opportunities
  3. Contribute to the development of programme integration products and methodologies
  4. Mentor and/or manage members of the Programme Advisory team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical understanding of consents strategy via different consenting routes, good knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of a consents process from pre to post consent, excellent technical understanding of discharging primary and secondary consents and post-consent deliverables, and experience of coordinating approvals and notifications between all interested parties.

They will also have experience working in a consulting environment or be able to demonstrate a consulting skillset, a proven track record of delivering tangible results on across a range of projects, and experience of programme and/or project management within a complex environment with multiple workstreams.

The candidate should have strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities, commitment to their own learning and development, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent presentation skills, high attention to detail, outcomes focused mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.
