Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with business acumen? As a Manufacturing Engineer at IDEX Corporation, you will be responsible for optimizing product performance and manufacturability while maintaining high quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design teams to develop efficient manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues to ensure production simplification and cost reduction.
  • Support validation and testing of new designs or design improvements to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Analyze build data to identify problem areas and issues, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • HNC from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in product design, fluid flow, rotating equipment, and leading projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Solid Works) and inspection equipment (CMM, Vernier, and Micrometers).
  • Excellent communication and business understanding skills.
