Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Adecco is seeking a skilled Credit Controller Supervisor to oversee a small team and ensure efficient credit control operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contacting clients to chase ageing debt through phone calls and emails.
  • Managing account follow-ups and collating all credits and refunds.
  • Ensuring timely transfer of debt to legal teams.
  • Updating the account system and maintaining accurate and timely communication records.
  • Generating monthly aged debt reports and performing account reconciliations.
  • Responding to emails within 24 hours and handling escalations.
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as required.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate should possess:

Required Skills and Qualities:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A quick learner with good Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong team player who can also take initiative.
