Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Metrics Coordinator to join our team in West London. In this role, you will create and deliver precise metrics, dashboards, and reports focused on our people across the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to design templates and consolidate data, ensuring accuracy and clarity that aligns with P&L, budgets, and forecasts. You will also develop and maintain insightful dashboards and KPIs that inform and guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an analyst, particularly with complex HR-related data and reporting, understanding its connections to finance and operations. Advanced Excel skills for creating complex models is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40-45,000 + bonus, and a hybrid working arrangement with 4 days office and 1 day WFH (Friday). If you're ready to make a significant impact within our HR team, we'd love to hear from you.
