Harron Homes, a leading private limited company established in 1993, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Surveyor to join their team. With operations in Yorkshire and the North Midlands, and a Head Office in Leeds, Harron Homes prides itself on building premium residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, holding a Diploma or Degree qualification in a field such as Land Surveying or Engineering. Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software, including total stations, GPS receivers, and CAD programs, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct topographical surveys, recording as-built information, site surveys, and constraints reviews.
  • Undertake earthwork models and cut and fill analysis.
  • Check/undertake setting out for new foundations, brickwork, retaining walls, drainage, roads, and fence lines.

Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include Company Car or Allowance, Annual Bonus, Life Assurance, and Company Pension.
