Job Description:
As a Head of Construction Demolition Waste, you will lead the integration of newly acquired businesses, identify growth opportunities during mergers and acquisitions, and unlock synergies across our operations to maximise the value of Construction Demolition Materials. You will establish advanced recycling hubs, adopt cutting-edge technologies, and ensure end-to-end reuse of demolition materials.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and safety while taking full ownership of financial performance to strengthen commercial success.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to drive synergies and create opportunities others might miss.
- Manage P&L, identify cost efficiencies, and find ways to maximise profitability without compromising on quality or sustainability.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering both operational success and sustainable growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in collaboration and financial responsibility.
- Ability to work across commercial and operational teams to drive synergies and create opportunities others might miss.
