The Role:

As a Senior Case Worker within our Mental Health team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults in the community.

You will assess the needs of individuals and provide them with support and guidance to maximise their wellbeing.

Using a person-centred approach, you will focus on people's resourcefulness and abilities, enabling them to develop strategies to face life's challenges and live independently and safely in the community.

In this role, you will use your strong relationship management and negotiation skills to collaborate with individuals, their families, providers, and other healthcare professionals.

As a Senior Case Worker, you will support our more complex cases and provide coaching and mentoring support to our Case Workers.
