Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
  • Availability for full-time shifts
  • No prior experience in retail or a similar industry
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Pay Rate and Hours

£8.85 per hour, 39 hours a week on a 13-month contract
