Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced researcher to join our team as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Digital Humanities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of digital humanities at our institution and to work with a talented team of researchers and academics.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time post is available immediately. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of research excellence and a proven ability to lead and manage research projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research in digital humanities, with a focus on developing and implementing new methods and approaches
  • Lead and manage research projects, including developing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, including academics, researchers, and industry partners
  • Contribute to the development of digital humanities at our institution, including through teaching, research, and outreach activities

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field, such as digital humanities, humanities, or social sciences
  • Proven track record of research excellence, including publications, presentations, and awards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to lead and manage research projects, including developing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members
