Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at CRC Evans. As a key member of our global IT team, you will provide technical support to our user base, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support across our global user base, working closely with the team to resolve technical issues.
  • Build and deploy user workstations, installing applications and utilities as required.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and connected devices.
  • Create and manage 365 user accounts, allocating appropriate licensing and configuring mailboxes.
  • Offer local and remote support to our global user base, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Support the mobile telephony estate, ordering and configuring devices, enrolling devices in MDM, and providing end-user guidance.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and WIFI.
  • Manage service desk tickets efficiently and effectively, adhering to SLAs.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all CRCE/Site QHSE project-related procedures.
  • Carry out duties safely and efficiently in line with the Company QHSE policies and report any unsafe conditions or incidents in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree/HND in a related discipline.
  • Problem-solving skills using logical and systematic approaches.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite, Android mobile devices, Apple mobile devices, basic PC/notebook hardware support, antivirus technology, and procedures.
