Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

At Bupa Global, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care and activities within our care home.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and implement individual care plans for our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  2. Collaborate with the nursing team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
  3. Liaise with local partners to raise the profile of our care home and promote our services.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
  2. Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
  3. Ability to stay up to date with tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
