Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Construction Administrator/Planner to join our CV Library team in East Renfrewshire.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Installation and Projects team, providing exceptional administrative services and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Working closely with contractors and tradesmen to achieve project objectives.
  2. Managing administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry.
  3. Booking engineers and coordinating travel arrangements.
  4. Communicating effectively with customers and resolving their queries.
  5. Processing purchase orders and stock requests.
  6. Collaborating with the Health and Safety Manager to provide valuable administrative support.
  7. Contributing to external communications and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the construction or renewables sector.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail.
