Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bus Driver to join our team at Arriva Midlands Limited. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on our routes, ensuring a high level of customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a bus safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
- Operate the bus in accordance with company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- PCV Licence (if you do not have this, please apply to our trainee bus driver role).
- At least 6 months driving experience.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends and rotating shift patterns.
