A&G Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver to join their team in a temp-perm role based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

The company specializes in the production of dry silo mortars, renders, screeds, and kiln dried sand for use in the building and construction industry throughout England, Wales, and Scotland.

Job Details:

Temp-perm role with guaranteed 48 hours/week

Monday to Friday schedule with overtime available on Saturdays

AM shifts with a 10-hour shift duration

Basic salary: £36,700 + overtime

Overtime and Saturdays paid at time and a half, Sundays and Bank Holidays paid at double time

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering dry materials to construction sites
  • Completing 1 to 3 drops per delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • HGV Class 1 Tanker experience preferred, but training will be provided
  • Clean UK driving license with no more than 6 points
  • Minimum 1 year HGV experience for insurance purposes
  • Valid CPC / Tacho Card

Key Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Working Time Directive (WTD) and drivers' hours
