We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic mental health worker to join our team as a Trainee Senior Wellbeing Practitioner. This is a two-year Recruit to Train role that will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions with children and families to maintain their emotional wellbeing and mental health.
- Assess and identify areas where children and families need support and develop plans to address these needs.
- Work collaboratively with other teams within the organization to ensure children and young people's needs remain at the core of our work.
- Develop and deliver training services and workshops to support the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.
- Engage in best practice principles for professional supervision and contribute to establishing essential networks and knowledge base of resources.
- Professional qualification in a field relevant to child and adolescent mental health at Post Graduate level.
- Enhanced DBS and professional membership registration.
- Experience of working with children and families, including those with emotional and mental health needs.
- Ability to listen empathetically and work effectively in partnership with children, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
