Salary: £33,474 per annum
Hargate Healthcare Ltd seeks a Residential Support Team Lead to provide a supportive environment for children and young people in our therapeutic EBD and complex trauma support service.
About the Role:
- Contribute to the development of individualised care plans and deliver high-quality support to residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that promotes positive relationships and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior support staff to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly and as part of a dynamic team.
