About the Role:

  • You will review sales data and forecasts to ensure that stock is directed to the right ships at the right time.
  • You will work closely with our Merchandising and Buying teams to manage the distribution of stock within the business.
  • You will analyse large amounts of data to make recommendations for replenishment to maximise sales potential.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Compiling stock and sales reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Reviewing sales forecasts and projected orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Liaising with Area Managers, Ships, and the Buying team to discuss stock issues and communicate necessary actions.
  • Organising and monitoring offloads/transfers of stock in the most cost-effective way for the business.
  • Raising Purchase Orders in line with company requirements.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

About You:

  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Analytical and numerical skills; previous experience of using Excel is desirable.
  • Keen attention to detail, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and presenting skills.

We are Harding+, a leading innovative onboard cruise retailing company working closely with our cruise line partners and brand partners to 'make every cruise better'. We stay at the forefront of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service, culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022 and 2023.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension, life assurance, healthcare, and 25 days annual leave. The role is based in Avonmouth, Bristol, with occasional ship visits required.
