Science Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our Science and Technology department at a vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school in Hampshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented educator to deliver engaging and innovative lessons to students of all abilities, fostering a love for science and ensuring academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Inspire students to engage with science and achieve their best through innovative and varied teaching methods.
- Assess and track student progress, using data to inform interventions and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of science resources and curriculum planning.
- Work closely with colleagues to support cross-curricular initiatives and extra-curricular activities.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behaviour.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in teaching science at secondary level is preferred.
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and GCSE requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for science and a commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
