About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team at Bistrot Pierre in Preston. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staffing levels to meet the needs of the business, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Anticipate and respond to customer needs, taking proactive steps to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Brief and motivate the front-of-house team to achieve high standards of customer service and upselling.
  • Monitor and address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction or restaurant operations.
