About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Fixed Income Trading team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge algorithms and systems that directly impact trading strategies.

With a strong background in C++ 17/20 and UNIX/Linux systems, you will collaborate with quantitative traders to optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability to support global trading. Your expertise in problem-solving and collaboration in fast-paced environments will be essential in driving our trading efforts forward.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain trading infrastructure for fixed income and currency desks.
  • Collaborate with quantitative traders to design high-performance systems in C++ (17/20) and Python.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex, real-time trading environments.
  • Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability to support global trading.
  • Ensure seamless communication across UNIX/Linux systems, optimizing processor and network performance.
About You

  • Tech Expertise: Extensive experience with C++ 17/20 and deep knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems with a focus on performance and network optimization in HFT.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience building technology for fixed income trading.
  • 4+ years of experience with C++ 17/20 and UNIX/Linux systems optimization.
  • HFT experience required.
