About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to join our team in one of our upscale gastro pubs located in the heart of Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef to showcase their skills in creating delicious, seasonal dishes that cater to our discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar environment, with a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients. They will be responsible for managing a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations, and serving high-quality food in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Our gastro pub offers a competitive salary of £45k plus benefits, including performance bonuses. We pride ourselves on providing a positive work-life balance with consistent shifts and scheduled time off.
