Key Responsibilities
Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning team to deliver the programme, including developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with the site delivery team, designers, and supply chain. Your expertise in managing contract programmes with subcontractors and suppliers will be essential in ensuring milestones are met and issues are addressed swiftly.

A degree or recognised qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. Proven experience in planning and managing large-scale civil engineering projects, ideally within the infrastructure or nuclear sector, is also necessary. Strong technical proficiency in using P6 (Primavera) for programme management in an enterprise environment is essential.

You will have a demonstrated ability to manage and update NEC contract programmes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in earthworks planning, including temporary works and environmental considerations, is highly desirable. A safety-first mindset and a track record of fostering a safety culture are also essential.
