Finance Transformation and Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation and Transition Manager to lead the transfer of finance activities for a centre of excellence and drive the associated finance transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive change plan outlining activities, timelines, dependencies, and resources required to transition finance activities from current to target state, gaining alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Lead the execution of the change plan, managing activities, issues, and mitigating risks to ensure delivery to time and budget.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners to identify areas for process optimisation and effectiveness.
  • Partner with IT to ensure integration of technology solutions to support the transition and explore solutions to automate manual processes, improve data accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making within Finance.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the transition activities.
  • Provide regular dashboards and reporting of performance against targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading complex transition and transformation initiatives within Finance, and across a multi-national and shared services environment.
  • Track-record of developing and executing comprehensive transition plans.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Strong experience of process optimisation, standardization, and automation.
  • Proven track record in driving cultural change and building a change-ready organisation.
