We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and helping them achieve their goals.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, as well as providing support to students with varying needs. Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that materials are engaging and relevant to students' needs
  • Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help, helping them to overcome challenges and build confidence
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students' academic and personal growth
