We are seeking a highly skilled Young People Services Manager to join our team in Carlisle.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
Main duties include:
- Managing and developing a team of staff to provide high-quality services.
- Ensuring the Statement of Purpose is in place and reflects the needs of our young people.
- Developing effective communication strategies and systems.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £33,112.56, based on your skills and experience.
