Care Home Food Service Role

GRACE N CARE LLC is seeking a Food Service Professional to join their team at Canners Way in Stratford-upon-Avon. The estimated salary for this position is £11,800 per year.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality food presentation.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has experience working in a customer-facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with others, be willing to learn and adapt, and have a positive attitude towards supporting the wider team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service to all residents
  • Ensuring high-quality food presentation at all times
  • Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
  • Cleaning of the dining area ensuring it's tidy and presentable
  • Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives, and visitors as required
