As a valued member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals that contribute to the overall wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional culinary services.
  • Collaborate with residents and Heads of Departments to plan catering functions and address special dietary requirements.
  • Prepare and present nutritional food and beverages to a high standard.
  • Develop and review menus with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure variety and quality.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess a passion for delivering high-quality culinary services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ equivalent).
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
