UK Acquiring Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our acquiring sales efforts in the UK, driving market expansion and revenue growth.
This role is pivotal in shaping the UK acquiring strategy and leading a high-performing sales team. Reporting to the Group Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored sales strategy for the UK acquiring market, including expanding awareness and driving sales for POS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the UK acquiring market.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing UK sales team, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company-wide goals and objectives.
- Streamline sales cycles and improve conversion rates across the team, leveraging CRM tools and sales analytics to provide accurate forecasting and insights.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the payments and acquiring industry, with a deep understanding of products similar to payabl.'s offerings.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, particularly in the UK acquiring market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute robust sales strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
- History of driving significant revenue growth, consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to energize teams, foster a high-performance culture, and mentor sales professionals.
