About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Westham London Stadium. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and accurate customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Assist the catering team in preparing and serving food and beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Support the catering team leader/unit manager in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in pre- and post-event setup and breakdown, ensuring the efficient operation of our catering services.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is essential, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
