Depot Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Depot Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services across our Distribution Centre Campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our site-based client in Rye Park, Hoddesdon.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with our facilities management team to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to optimize site performance and reduce downtime.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical services.
  • Full Valid UK driver's license and ability to travel to other Depots as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Recognized apprenticeship or qualification in a relevant field, or significant proven experience in maintenance and repair.
