Air Tightness Testing Opportunity with AES Compliance & Testing Ltd

AES Compliance & Testing Ltd is a leading technical consultancy in the housebuilding and construction industry, expanding its presence in Scotland. We are seeking an experienced Air Tightness Testing Professional to join our team and contribute to our growth and development.

About the Role:

  • As an Air Tightness Testing Professional, you will be responsible for conducting air tightness tests in accordance with building regulations, working closely with our clients and colleagues to ensure high-quality results.
  • You will travel to construction sites and existing buildings, carrying out air tightness tests and providing expert advice to our clients.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Displaying a professional attitude and communicating clearly with colleagues and clients
    • Managing workload effectively and independently
    • Contributing ideas and sharing knowledge as an active member of the team
    • Taking a proactive approach to learning and development
    • Being an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual

Requirements:

  • Hold an ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent
  • Hold a full/clean driving license
  • Experience in sound insulation testing in accordance with approved document E (desirable)
  • Experience in Part F Ventilation Testing (desirable)
