Job Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to oversee the day-to-day running of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders received over the trade counter or via post, telephone, or sales staff.
  • Help the company hit targets while maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with engineers by looking up parts for repairs.
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good communication skills.
