We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Procurement Engineer to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a Graduate Procurement Engineer, you will be responsible for procuring all Aircraft parts, raw materials, and tooling required to support EASA Part 145 Regulated MRO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procure all Aircraft parts, raw materials, and tooling required to support EASA Part 145 Regulated MRO.
  2. Liaise directly with the customer/supplier to ensure the highest levels of customer service are achieved, expediting orders and ensuring just-in-time delivery.
  3. Manage, develop, and negotiate existing and new sales agreements with suppliers.
  4. Monitor Supplier performance based on our clients list and liaise with the Quality Assurance Department to ensure compliance.
  5. Determine levels of inventory to meet organisational metrics.
  6. Negotiate and administer purchase orders in support of production needs.
  7. Work with finance to address any payment issues.
  8. Assist the organisation in the movement of spares, materials, and tooling to/from locations, as necessary.
  9. Review levels of inventory to identify obsolete or excess stock and take necessary steps to reduce inventory.
  10. Manage current approved suppliers' list.
  11. Ensure the Health & Safety Policy is maintained in accordance with the company's Safety Policy.
  12. Carry out such other duties as reasonably directed.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Full rights to live and work in the UK required upon application.
  2. Understanding of regulatory requirements in relation to procurement.
  3. Experience in setting, developing, and maintaining procurement department procedures.
  4. Experience in managing departmental Health & Safety and Compliance.
  5. Demonstrable experience in managing sales agreements and ongoing relationships with suppliers.
  6. Ability to work autonomously.
  7. Strong analytical skills.
  8. Negotiating skills.
  9. Influencing skills.
  10. Ability to challenge existing ways of working and provide suggestions for improvements.
  11. Microsoft Office experience.
