About the Role
As a Gardening Expert at HC-One, you will be responsible for maintaining and presenting the homes' gardens and grounds to a high standard. You will undertake gardening duties, including planting seasonal foliage, grass-cutting, shrub maintenance, watering of hanging baskets, eradication of weeds, and tidying of pathways and walkways. Additionally, you will be responsible for the maintenance of gardening machinery and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
About the Team
You will work closely with the estates team to ensure the care home's gardens and grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing. This includes undertaking salt gritting and snow clearance as required.
About the Location
This full-time position will cover multiple care homes in Nottingham and Derby, requiring a valid driving license and access to a company vehicle.
