Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team. As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent healthcare outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
  • Engage with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education and support, promoting health literacy and self-management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration.
  • Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate).
  • Be on the NHSE medical performers list.
  • Experience of working in a digital environment and willingness to learn new computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and adaptability.
