Workshop Repair Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Repair Manager to join our team at Carbon60 in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of manufacturing repair operatives on a 2pm-10pm shift
  • Oversee repair work on containers and similar items
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe systems of work are followed
  • Report on performance against targets
  • Carry out quality audits

Requirements:

  • Management or supervisory experience in a factory, workshop, engineering, or manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical experience and/or good manufacturing/engineering knowledge
  • Previous experience of working in a factory, workshop, engineering, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience of carrying out quality audits and a strong understanding of health and safety
