About the Role
">This is a temporary, full-time position as a Customer Care Advisor with Adecco UK Limited. As a Customer Support Professional, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, and resolving issues through live chat. If you have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset, we encourage you to apply.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email correspondence.
- Handle customer refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide real-time assistance.
- Collaborate with chat bots to streamline customer support processes.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Requirements
">- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with chat bots and live chat platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work one Saturday shift per month.
