Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our team at our new fresh pasta restaurant in Greenwich. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for creating delightful moments for our customers, preparing and plating our fresh pasta dishes to high standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Plate Fresh Pasta Dishes: Prepare and plate our fresh pasta dishes to our high standards, ensuring that every dish meets our quality and presentation expectations.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and provide personalized recommendations and answers to their questions with passion.
  • Work as a Team Player: Be a team player and bring positivity and warmth to the kitchen and wider restaurant environment, working closely with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and buzzing with energy, and regularly clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a safe environment.
  • Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe.
Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Service or Food Service: Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine and a willingness to learn is what truly matters.
  • Excellent Communication and People Skills: Excellent communication and people skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease is crucial for this role.
