As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high-quality practice in residential care and education. You will be the first point of contact for any concerns, complaints, or safeguarding issues, and will work closely with local authorities, schools, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the young people in our care.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team
  • Managing staff welfare and absence
  • Dealing with budget management
  • Ensuring the home is Health and Safety compliant

We offer a competitive salary, full-time hours, and a supportive working environment. If you have a Level 5 NVQ, experience working with OFSTED, and at least 2 years' experience in children's residential care, we would love to hear from you.
