Job Description: Courier Service Supervisor (Newton Abbot)

We are seeking an experienced Courier Service Supervisor to join our team in Newton Abbot. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our courier services to customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve service centre performance. You will manage budgets, make informed decisions, and drive business growth, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in leading high-performing teams. You will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Leading a team of Team Managers, Administrators, Warehouse Operatives, and Drivers
  2. Planning and managing the performance of the entire service centre
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
