About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Cleaning Operative to join our team at Städar - Cleaning. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients in the Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover a variety of contracts and meet client needs
  • Provide exceptional cleaning services, adhering to our company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Support our Operations Manager in delivering a high standard of cleaning, covering holiday and sickness periods where necessary
  • Drive a company-provided vehicle, using your full UK driving license, to travel to client sites

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of attention to detail

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with company car and mileage allowance
  • Minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours
  • 28 days paid holiday per year and company pension scheme
  • Full training provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role
