Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Planning Specialist to join our team at Kenna Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our MEP team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, including Commercial, Life Sciences, Education, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP planning, with experience in creating and maintaining project MEP programmes, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with teams to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project MEP programmes to ensure compliance with standards and contract requirements.
  • Monitor project progress on-site, identify potential risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure alignment with the contract programme.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss project status and foster clear communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ASTA.
  • Degree-educated.
  • Considerable experience in a planning role on MEP / Building Services projects.
  • Construction site experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
