Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Asset Manager to lead a professional team delivering strategic asset planning and management activities in the Nottinghamshire area.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Principal Asset Manager where you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering strategic asset planning and management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a professional team in delivering strategic asset planning and management activities.
- Support the ongoing delivery of asset review, property change projects, and implementation of the Council's corporate landlord model.
- Advise on property solutions and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain commercially aware and analytically skilled with knowledge of key issues in your market and the city of Nottingham.
Requirements
- At least 3-6 months of experience as a service leader in a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver against outcomes and create clear objectives.
- Commercially aware and knowledgeable about key issues in your market and the city of Nottingham.
- Hold MRICS qualification with post-qualification experience suitable to the level of the post.
