Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Project Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for creating construction and engineering strategies with our purchasing team, establishing and leading project delivery teams, and ensuring technical concurrence for all project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction and engineering strategies to ensure project success
  • Lead project delivery teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure technical concurrence for all project deliverables, including construction and engineering plans
  • Manage project-related contracts and agreements, including CSAs and audits
  • Identify and implement cost-effective and efficient solutions to deliver project scope
  • Oversee project delivery, including CQV, close out, punch lists, and KPIs
  • Participate in contractor evaluation, bid analysis reviews, and award recommendations
  • Develop and manage project charters, including goals, objectives, and success criteria
  • Develop and manage project funding requests
  • Own project communication and reporting, including integration amongst team members and project issue tracking and resolution
  • Ensure permitting across areas such as site establishment, construction, and operations
  • Lead project change management processes
  • Prepare and implement project execution plans
  • Work with other functions to identify design and construction requirements to align with lease terms and conditions
  • Responsible for completion of site risk screens or overall risk assessments prior to submission for funding
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Ability to know different best practices in project management
  • Adaptable, creative, imaginative, decisive, calm, confident, efficient, organized, hardworking, cooperative, personable, and open
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Team working and collaborative skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and numerical skills
