Trainee Data Analyst - Identity Resolution
Join Modern Hardware as a Trainee Data Analyst and contribute to resolving complex data issues.

The role involves addressing a 'Merged Identity' issue where the identities for more than one individual are linked together, causing data from separate individuals to display under one profile. The client Level 2 team applies a data fix to resolve this issue and split the individuals apart, following direction from the Identity Operations (IDOps) team, who provide the necessary guidance before final approval is granted by the Common Services Data Platform (CSDP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of data tools such as Postman and graph visualization software.
  • An understanding of business processes around enrollments and immigration history would be a significant bonus.

As a Trainee Data Analyst, you will work closely with the IDOps team to resolve data issues and improve data quality.
