Transformation Lead Opportunity at Venesky Brown

Venesky Brown, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is seeking a Transformation Lead to join their team on a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role will be based in Glasgow and offers a salary of £49,250 to £56,921 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, acting as the day-to-day business owner or decision maker.
  • Ensure project plans, budgets, and resources are in place, aligned to the strategic nature of the change.
  • Contribute to business cases and compelling cases for change, influencing senior leaders to support the execution of change.
  • Facilitate the diagnosis, design, and creation of innovative and sustainable solutions to achieve project benefits.
  • Bring together cross-functional teams and coach subject matter experts to develop their skills.
  • Implement change solutions across people, process, technology, and data.
  • Escalate support, decisions, or intervention where needed to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Highly developed knowledge and understanding of change and/or change management methodologies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of transformative change and improvement projects in complex environments.
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to shape and execute complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including motivational negotiating, motivating, influencing, coaching, and building credible relationships.
  • Comprehensive ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations and training programmes.
  • Strong benefits management and benefits delivery.
  • Professional experience at a senior level in private/public sector, with a demonstrable track record in leading and delivering transformation projects.
