Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and experiences to visitors from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Suntory Global Spirits brands and company values.
- Collaborate with the Visitor Centre Manager to define annual goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the distillery operations team to ensure operational procedures and H&S practices are adhered to.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the Visitor Centre facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong drive and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
